A native of the Sacramento area. Dr. Wong grew up in Northern California where he attended California State University, Sacramento. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies in biological sciences, Dr. Wong entered the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry (UOP), receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree in 1988.

 

Dr. Wong established his private practice in 1991, bringing with him a desire to provide this community with a high standard of dental excellence. He has always been dedicated to preserving the dental health of his patients and their families.

 

In 1994, Dr. Wong's office moved to its current location on Professional Drive. Designing a high-tech, high touch dental office was a rewarding experience for him. He wanted to provide a pleasant and friendly atmosphere for both his staff and his patients.

 

In 1996 and 1997, Dr. Wong  attended a post-graduate residency at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), specializing in Cosmetic Dentistry. He regularly attends advanced dental courses to keep up with changing technology. The wealth of knowledge and experience he has acquired allow him to stay current with the latest advances in dentistry. He is successful at combining traditional dentistry with new high technology methods, creating a new level of excitement for both himself and patients.

 

When not attending to the many details of his dental practice, Dr. Wong, his wife, and two children enjoy outdoor activities such as camping and riding ATV's. They also enjoy listening to music,collecting antiques and visiting with friends and family.

 

 

Linda is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has worked with our practice since 1996. She grew up in the San Diego area, and she received her Bachelor Of Science degree in dental hygiene from Idaho State University. Linda is married and has two sons in college. She spends a lot of her free time at the gym or enjoying a good book.

 

 

Heather has been working for our practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2004. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene from UC, San Francisco. While in school, Heather was active in volunteering for the Homeless Dental Clinic and enjoyed treating a diverse group of patients of various ages and walks of life. After graduation, she and her husband moved from San Francisco to Rocklin to buy a home and start their family. When she is not at work, Heather spends most of her time raising her two children and enjoying, with her husband, outdoor activities like jogging,cycling and snowboarding.

 

 

Debbie joined our practice in 1999 as a  Registered Dental Assistant and then earned her RDA with Extended Functions license to increase her skills. She has over 20 years experience in the dental field; before coming to Johnson Ranch Dental, she was an RDA for speciality dentists including orthodontics and pedodontists. Debbie loves working with kids and adults, and she loves all the challenges of being a dental assistant. Debbie has three grown children, in her free time she enjoys camping and fishing.

 

 

Heather is our newest team member, but brings 14 years of experience to Johnson Ranch Dental. She assists Dr. Wong in providing our patients with world class treatment while answering any questions patients may have. Using her training in the latest technology, Heather is able to assist Dr.Wong in providing each patient with the best possible care.  She is passionate about working as a team to ensure that everyone feels welcome and is comfortable. Outside of the office, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and their family vacations in San Diego. She loves to learn about history and enjoys a good book.

 

 

Mary, our Scheduling Coordinator, has been the friendly voice on our phone since 2003. She has loved working in the dental field for over 15 years. Mary and her husband spend much of their free time with their two grown children and two grandchildren. Mary also enjoys traveling, reading and cooking.

 

 

Christine moved to Northern California and our practice in 2006 to be our Treatment Coordinator. She has over 25 years experience working in dental offices. Our patients love her pleasant attitude and thorough attention to detail. Christine has two children and enjoys reading, movies, music and Disneyland.
